- Individual must be mechanically inclined
- Must have valid driver’s license with clean record
- Knowledge of traveling the five boroughs
- Courteous and Well Spoken
- Posses articulate writing skills
- Computer literate
- Punctual and Hardworking
- Sprinkler and or plumbing experience
- NICET Certification a plus
- Willing to train
Fire Extinguisher Technician

- Perform inspections/maintenance of fire protection equipment
- Courteous and Well Spoken
- Posses articulate writing skills
- Computer literate
- Punctual and Hardworking
- Plumbing and Electrical experience is a plus.
- Willing to train
